When you have selected a product you wish to purchase and order in the online shop, click “Add to Cart”. To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you through to the check-out process, where you will enter your shipping and billing address and select a payment method.
If you have trouble signing into our website, first check the specific text of the error message you received. The most common problem is a misspelled address or password (ensure both your CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK facilities are off). If the problem persists, contact Customer Services (through the button”Contact” at the bottom of any page) and we will email you a new password.
Yes. In the checkout process (Delivery), you can add and select a different address from the billing address.
If you do not have a current Calyptra garment on which to base your size, click on the ‘Size Guide’, which you can find on every product page in the online store and at the bottom of every page.
When you add the products to your basket, please go to the tab “My Cart”. Underneath the list of the selected products there is the textbox “Cupon code?”. You need to enter your code and then “Apply cupon”. The amount of the order will be automatically reduced by the value of the previously entered code.
We are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We manufacture and ship from here.
This depends on the destination country and the weight of the order.
The delivery cost is added to your bill after you select your delivery address during the check-out process.

We are proud to ship worldwide. It doesn’t matter where you are, we’ll have your Calyptra garments shipped to you.
This depends on the destination country. Orders are shipped from The Netherlands. Orders within The Netherlands take up to 2 working days. To countries in the European Union will take around 5 working days. To the rest of the world, between 9 to 15 working days. (Without handling time, normally +1 day). Please note this is an approximation since ultimately depends on the carrier. We will send you a Track and Trace code so you can see where your order is at any time.
Yes! We will send you the tracking code and link once your order is processed and sent out.
Returns and Exchanges
First of all contact our customer support through email or the contact form. All returned items must be brand new and have all original tags attached. In order to get a refund you need to send us the original receipt and your bank data necessary to make a wire transfer. You can swap the size or choose something else, and we will ship your replacement within one week. Please note that the shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be covered by the buyer.
You can take up to 30 days after delivery to claim a return/exchange of the item.
You will get the refund (if applicable) in the same method you made the payment.
Yes, you have 30 days to contact with our customer service and ship the item back. You can exchange the size and product. We will ship the replacement within 1 week. No questions asked.
Currently we accept iDeal for transactions within The Netherlands, PayPal, and all major credit cards (MasterCard,Visa, AMex)
No, you can surf and shop as a guest. However our registered users get discounts for loyalty and support!
We often give discounts to all our past customers and all our Facebook and Instragram fans.
